Rental Conditions

Driver’s Licence and Age Requirement

Everybody who is at least 21 years old and who have a driver’s licence for at least 2 years or an international driver’s licence can rent a car from TRIOS TOURISM (ZEUS RENT A CAR).

Rental Period

Minimum rental time is one day. There is a special discounted price for long term rantals.

Terms of payment

Full payment is required at the time of therantal by cash or by credit cards accepted by TRIOS TOURISM (ZEUS RENT ACAR) (Visa, Mastercard, Euro Cheque, Travel Cheque). Final ental fee will be calculated after the delivery of the car to TRIOS TOURISM (ZEUS RENT A CAR) in case of late return, 1/3 of the daily rental fee will be applied for every excess hour. If the late return is more than 3 hours, daily rental fee will be charged.

Delivery / Collection

At the TRIOS TOURISM (ZEUS RENT A CAR) offices.

Traffic Fines

Trafic fines must be paid nby the renter, ıf the car is confiscated by the trafic enforcement authorities due to the fault of the renter, emanating expenses and the time which elapse will be added to the rental fee. In order for the insurance to be valid in case of an accident, traffic accident and alcohol reports must be taken and TRIOS TOURISM (ZEUS RENT A CAR) Office have to be informed within 24 hours.
The renter is liable for the damages in case of an accident if he is found driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or if he is exceeds the legal speed limit or if he is found fully responsible fort he accident.
